This informational site does not require a user account and does not ask for a Roblox username, password, session cookie, backup code, payment detail, or recovery information. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical data such as IP address, request time, browser type, device type, requested URL, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the site.
If you email an editorial request, the message contains the address and information you choose to provide. Send only what is necessary. Do not include credentials, private Roblox messages, financial information, or sensitive identity documents unless a lawful process specifically requires them.

Account, purchase, and moderation matters belong with Roblox and its official support process.
Retention, rights, and changes
Technical logs and analytics are retained according to the applicable hosting and analytics configuration. Editorial correspondence may be retained while resolving a request and for reasonable recordkeeping.
